Project Overview: The sewage sludge from municipal water treatment plants causes secondary pollution and ensures the normal operation and treatment effect of the sewage treatment plant. The sludge with 80% water content needs to be dried to below 20% for transportation or recycling.
Solution: Use a heat pump to directly produce hot water above 85℃, replacing the traditional electric heating and boiler heat supply modes.
Investment Benefits: The processing fee for 1 ton of sludge with 80% water content has dropped from 300 yuan/ton to 150～200 yuan/ton
