Peropus Smart Energy Station Leads Innovation in New Energy Heating Industry

Spring in Beijing, wisdom for the future. On March 20, 2025, the "Second High-Quality Development Symposium and Technology Exhibition on New Energy Heating" hosted by the Thermal Power Industry Committee of the China Energy Conservation Association was successfully held at the Beijing Dahongmen International Convention and Exhibition Center. The conference brought together nearly 100 industry-leading enterprises, 350 participants, and over 10,000 online viewers. Themed "Green Foundation, New Exploration, Intelligent Base, Quality Pursuit," it jointly mapped out a blueprint for the high-quality development of new energy heating.
The attending leaders from the Energy Department of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform emphasized in their interpretation of the policy path for new energy heating that Beijing has built a long-term support system with "three rounds of policies." The "Implementation Opinions on Comprehensively Promoting the High-Quality Development of New Energy Heating" (Document No. 1306) issued in 2023 clearly requires that the installed capacity of new energy heating in new projects should account for no less than 60%, and gradually reduce fiscal subsidies for gas heating. They pointed out that the area of new energy heating in Beijing has exceeded 134 million square meters, accounting for 11% of the total heating area. Major projects such as Daxing Airport and the sub-center have achieved low-carbon transformation through technologies such as ground source heat pumps and medium-deep geothermal energy. "The development potential of the four major medium-deep geothermal fields exceeds 500 million square meters, and will become the main heat source in the future." Innovation is driven by scenarios, and new energy heating is developed in a way that suits local conditions, reducing reliance on natural gas.
At this conference, the assembled smart energy station (PELOPS-BOX) for regional centralized heating developed by Pelop's Intelligent Equipment (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. received a warm response from the participants. 1/4 of its energy comes from electricity, and 3/4 from soil, water sources, geothermal energy, industrial waste heat, domestic waste heat, and air. Its heating efficiency (COP) can reach 3~6. It makes full use of the different energy efficiencies and quantities, achieving seamless switching between dual heat sources to maximize energy utilization efficiency. On the water side, it can accept media in the range of (-10~40℃); on the air side, it can operate in an environment ranging from (-40~35℃). The standard heating temperature can reach 70℃/50℃, and a large temperature difference of 20 degrees can be achieved for transmission and distribution. A single unit has a heating capacity of 1MW, and a single unit can support 30,000㎡ of energy-efficient building heating. With an assembled digital model design, multiple combinations can achieve heating and cooling for millions of square meters of buildings without changing the existing urban pipeline network. It is an excellent core solution for regional clean centralized heating in China. Finally, Pelop's Intelligent Equipment (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. stood out among 125 applicants in the "Zhongneng Cup" 2024 New Energy Heating Industry Awards, winning the "Dedicated Service Award".
