On January 10, 2025, Pelop's Intelligent Equipment (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. was invited to attend the completion ceremony and industry chain partner association meeting of the Gongyi Hechuang Group's green and low-carbon technology education and production base. This event brought together many industry elites to discuss the prospects of career, industry, and professional development.
At the visit, exchange, and sharing session of the green and low-carbon technology education and production base, Pelop's Intelligent Equipment showcased its series of products, including prefabricated smart energy stations, ultra-low temperature air source heat pumps, high-temperature heat pump units, steam heat pump units, ORC generator sets, and high-efficiency chillers. These products demonstrate Pelop's innovative strength in the field of green and low-carbon technology.
At the meeting, Pelop's Intelligent Equipment highlighted its prefabricated smart energy station, "PELOPS-BOX." 1/4 of the energy of this energy station comes from electricity, while the remaining 3/4 comes from low-grade energy resources such as soil, water sources, geothermal energy, industrial waste heat, domestic waste heat, and air. Its heating efficiency cop can reach 3~6, demonstrating its efficient energy utilization capability.
"PELOPS-BOX" maximizes the utilization of different types, quantities, and efficiencies of energy through seamless dual-heat source switching technology. Its operating range is wide, with the water source side accepting temperature changes from -10℃ to 40℃, and the air side coping with temperature changes from -40℃ to 35℃. The supply and return water temperature reaches 70℃/50℃, and a large temperature difference of 20℃ can be achieved. The heating capacity of a single unit is 1MW, enough to meet the heating needs of a 30,000-square-meter energy-efficient building.
It is worth mentioning that "PELOPS-BOX" adopts a prefabricated digital optimal economic model design. After optimizing the combination of multiple units, it can provide cost-effective heating and cooling solutions for millions of square meters of buildings. This solution does not require changes to the existing energy supply network and is an optimal solution for centralized and regional clean heating in the heating industry.
