On Friday morning, January 10, 2025, Peropus Intelligent Equipment (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. was invited by the Green Low-Carbon Technology Production and Education Base under the Shanxi Provincial Land and Resources School to visit the school base to exchange and learn about the specific application of Peropus's assembled intelligent energy station equipment in increasing green energy sources for clean energy heating.
Shanxi Provincial Land and Resources School is affiliated with the Shanxi Provincial Department of Education, located at No. 539, University Street, Yucheng District, Jinzhong City. It is adjacent to the Shanxi University Education Park. The campus covers an area of 59,000 square meters and has a building area of 19,000 square meters, with total educational assets exceeding 14.42 million yuan. The school is a county-level institution with 140 positions, 78 current employees, including 4 school leaders, 6 senior section-level officials, and 4 deputy section-level officials.
In terms of professional development, in response to the needs of departments, industries, and enterprises in land and resources, geological exploration, coalfields, metallurgy, urban construction, water conservancy, and surveying and mapping, the school has actively adjusted and optimized its professional structure, offering majors such as land resource survey, hydrogeology and engineering geological survey, surveying engineering technology, geotechnical engineering technology, welding, computer application, accounting, marketing, drilling (technician), and electrical engineering. This has laid a solid foundation for enhancing the school's adaptability to society and promoting its sustainable development.
At the meeting, participants discussed the construction of zero-carbon campuses and the application of green and low-carbon technologies such as new energy development, providing valuable suggestions and optimization plans for the next step in building a "zero-carbon campus" using new energy. Peropus has always been committed to promoting the sustainable development of green energy and new energy. In the next step, we will actively integrate resources from both sides, make multiple efforts, utilize new energy centralized heating projects, build a zero-carbon campus with multiple complementary renewable energy sources, achieve coordinated development of low-carbon and education, and create a demonstration model for zero-carbon campus construction in Shanxi Province.
Peropus's assembled intelligent energy station takes "new energy +" as its strategic direction. One-fourth of its energy comes from electricity, and three-fourths comes from soil, water sources, geothermal energy, industrial waste heat, domestic waste heat, and air. Its heating efficiency (COP) can reach 3-6. It makes full use of the different energy efficiencies and quantities, achieving seamless switching between dual heat sources to maximize energy utilization efficiency. On the water side, it can accept media (-10~40℃); on the air side, it can accept an operating range of (-40~35℃). The standard heating temperature can reach 70℃/50℃, and a large temperature difference of 20 degrees can be achieved for transmission and distribution. A single unit has a heating capacity of 1MW, and a single unit can provide heating for 30,000 square meters of energy-efficient buildings. With an assembled digital model design, multiple combinations can provide heating and cooling for millions of square meters of buildings without changing the existing urban pipeline network. Target markets are: 1. Photothermal integration of clean energy. 2. Source-side greening in the transformation of fossil fuel heating. 3. Building energy saving based on zero-carbon cycles.
It forms a multi-energy complementary model of 60%+40% with the traditional fossil energy heating structure or directly replaces it. It maximizes the reduction of fossil energy consumption such as coal and gas and maximizes the use of green renewable energy. It helps the green transformation of urban heating structures.
