Warmly celebrate the establishment of Zhongguancun New Energy Center! Perlops Intelligent Equipment appointed as chief engineer!

On November 5, 2024, the "2024 New Quality Energy Technology Seminar and New Quality Energy Development Center Establishment Ceremony" was grandly held in Beijing. This event was hosted by the Heating and Heating Committee of Zhongguancun Green Building Alliance, and undertaken by Jifulong Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Group Co., Ltd. and Beijing Jingre Technology Co., Ltd. Guests from the Beijing Municipal Heating Office and the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission were invited to attend. Perlops Intelligent Equipment (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. was also invited to participate.
This seminar received support and guidance from relevant leaders of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the National Energy Administration, as well as strong support from Academician Meng Jianmin. It also received assistance from the China Academy of Building Research Environmental Energy Institute, relevant departments of Tsinghua University, Huadian Group, the Chinese Academy of Sciences Architectural Design Institute, the China Construction Group Design Institute, Beijing Gas and Heat Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., and the Beijing Urban Planning and Design Institute, as well as strong support from the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Urban Management Committee Heating Office, the China Disaster Prevention Association, the Construction Industry Association, and the Urban Science Research Association (China Urban Heating Association). More than 100 colleagues from the heating industry gathered together to offer suggestions and opinions on the development path of new energy heating driven by new productivity.
Perlops prefabricated intelligent energy station (PELOPS-BOX): 1/4 of the energy comes from electricity, and 3/4 comes from soil, water sources, geothermal energy, industrial waste heat, domestic waste heat, and air. Its heating efficiency COP can reach 3~6. By fully utilizing the different energy efficiencies and quantities, it achieves seamless switching between dual heat sources, maximizing energy utilization efficiency. On the water source side, it can accept media (-10~40℃); on the air side, it can accept an operating range of (-40~35℃). The standard heating temperature can reach 70℃/50℃, and a large temperature difference of 20 degrees can be achieved for transmission and distribution. A single unit has a heating capacity of 1MW, and a single unit can support 30,000㎡ of energy-efficient building heating. With prefabricated digital model design, multiple combinations can achieve heating and cooling for millions of square meters of buildings without changing the existing urban pipeline network. This is an excellent core solution for regional clean centralized heating in China.
Currently, the heating industry is facing significant challenges in energy transformation and sustainable development. In the context of new productivity, energy development is of great significance to the heating industry. It not only helps reduce carbon emissions and achieve environmental protection, but also promotes technological innovation in the heating industry, improves energy utilization efficiency, reduces operating costs, and ultimately enhances the competitiveness of the entire industry.
